Our mission is to achieve the optimal health of each unique child and young adult. We provide education and promote a partnership with our families. Whole Health Mama Pediatrics provides well care with a focus on preventative health. Our clinical philosophy is to find the root cause of chronic ailments and integrate natural treatment modalities. A few ways we accomplish these goals are through:

- Reducing and/or eliminating toxic and heavy metal exposure
- Utilization of homeopathy and homeopathic medicines
- A focus on positive mental health
- Providing a network of support with like-minded providers and families

Meet Our Staff
Nicole Mozden
M.D., F.A.A.P.
Nicole Mozden, M.D., F.A.A.P. is a board-certified pediatrician and board-certified clinical homeopathic physician. Dr. Nicole is from Palos Park, IL and currently resides in Orland Park, IL with her husband and three amazing children. She loves being part of this community and bringing an important focus to nutrition, natural health options and homeopathy in her general pediatric practice.
Dr. Nicole completed her undergraduate work at Indiana University and then went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine degree from Rush Medical College in 2003. She completed her pediatrics residency from Loyola in 2006 and has been practicing locally for over 10 years. Dr. Nicole has always been passionate about helping patients achieve their optimal health and stop the cycle of chronic illness and use of unnecessary pharmaceuticals. She expertly implements natural treatments that are safe and effective, like homeopathic medications, supplements, and nutrition to support the body during acute and chronic illness. As a pediatrician and homeopath, she can offer the best of both worlds!

Elizabeth McGrail
DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, FMAPS
Elizabeth is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a board-certified clinical homeopath through the Center for Education and Development of Homeopathy (CEDH) and a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS). Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys life as a mom to two young daughters, which she considers her most meaningful role.
Elizabeth joins us with over 14 years of pediatric nursing experience, primarily in the pediatric emergency department. After completing her doctorate, she expanded her training beyond traditional Western medicine, studying homeopathy under Dr. Nicole Mozden, and completing coursework through the Center for Education and Development of Homeopathy. Her interest in integrative, root-cause–focused care led her to the Medical Academy for Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS), where she earned her Fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Krishna Doniparthi.
Elizabeth returns to our team after working at an integrative practice in Georgia, blending traditional pediatric care with functional medicine approaches. She is excited to serve families in the Chicagoland area and support them in exploring factors that may contribute to their children’s chronic health concerns.
Melinda Sharkey
C.N.A.
Whole Health Mama Pediatrics is excited to have Melinda Sharkey, C.N.A as part of the team. Mel has been working in the medical field for over 10 years and believes caring for and helping others is very gratifying. Mel is married to her husband Pat and has two beautiful daughters. Mel is from the area and enjoys promoting health and fitness to her community!
